Business Development Manager:

Key features:
– The company’s sales strategy and objectives of enforcement;
– Relations with new business clients networking, negotiation;
– Communication with existing business customer support;
– Commercial offers preparation and analysis;
– The introduction of services on the market, its analysis;
– Efficient management of the company’s business development.

Requirements:
– University of economics, management, business administration, law or similar social science education or science technology in the field of education;
– At least 4 years of successful leadership experience in business development in the field of implementation;
– Lithuanian law knowledge;
– Excellent clerical skills;
– Good planning and delegating, negotiating skills;
– Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
– Excellent knowledge of English;
– Russian, German and other language skills would be an advantage;
– The ability to be a team leader, initiative, responsibility, communication skills;
– Excellent computer skills;
– Driver’s license (required)

Business consultant-expert:

Key features:
– EU project development funding;
– Investment projects, feasibility studies and business plans;
– Economic and financial business modeling;
– Economic statistical data analysis and formulation of conclusions.

Requirements:
– University of economy, financial management or a similar field of education;
– At least 3 years of successful experience in the preparation of investment projects and business plans;
– Lithuanian law knowledge;
– Knowledge of financial management framework;
– Excellent clerical skills;
– Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language and good knowledge of English;
– The optimal time management skills;
– Accuracy, specificity, analytical thinking, self-control;
– Excellent computer skills;
– Driving license (preferred).

Sales manager:

Key features:
– The sales organization;
– Counseling clients;
– Contracts and their coordination;
– Communication with existing customers;
– new client search;
– The formation of commercial offers.

Requirements:
– University degree in economics, management, business administration or a similar field of education;
– At least 2 years of successful experience in implementing projects;
– Lithuanian law knowledge;
– Excellent clerical skills;
– The optimal time management skills;
– Creativity, thoroughness, concreteness and rigidity;
– Excellent computer skills;
– Driver’s license (required).

Project Manager:

Key features:
– EU project development funding;
– A business plan;
– Management of the project;
– Preparation of tender documents and procurement procedures;
– Promotion of the project;
– Reporting.

Requirements:
– University of economics, management, business administration, law or similar social science education;
– At least 4 years of successful experience in similar work;
– Lithuanian law knowledge;
– Excellent clerical skills;
– Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language and good knowledge of English;
– Formed in time management skills;
– Creativity, thoroughness, concreteness, rigor, responsibility, self-control;
– Excellent computer skills;
– Driver’s license (required).
