CONTROL / MONITORING / INTEGRATION
From PLC code
to production insights.
For the machine — control logic.
For the operator — a clear process.
For the manager — a data-informed overview.
We can start with a single machine or a specific task. Further stages are planned around your equipment, data and priorities.

01 / INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
Control tailored to
your process.
We program new functions and update existing control logic. We consider the process, operator actions and fault diagnostics together.
Discuss your control requirementsWhat we develop and upgrade
- PLC programs. Operating sequences, modes, parameter handling and recipe logic.
- HMI and SCADA interfaces. Process screens, status displays, alerts and event history.
- Existing system functions. Software changes, integration of new equipment signals and diagnostics.
Tested software, updated screens, program backups and agreed operating and change documentation.
For our first discussion, prepare: equipment models, existing programs and diagrams, and a description of the changes you need.
02 / PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
A complete picture.
From job to batch.
We build software that tracks progress and links production results to jobs. Screens and reports are designed for the people who use them.
Discuss production softwareThe data we connect
- Jobs and actual results. Production quantities, operating time, equipment status and reasons for stoppages.
- Product and batch history. Process parameters and inspection results linked to a specific record.
- Reports and data exchange. Shift summaries, selected indicators, CSV or XLSX exports and PDF reports when needed.
Work screens, a data structure and agreed reports. Connections to accounting or other business systems depend on the interfaces they provide.
For our first discussion, prepare: your current workflow, the spreadsheets or records you use, and examples of the reports you need.
03 / DATA MANAGEMENT & AI
Data from your equipment.
Answers for your team.
We start with your data sources and the question you want to answer. We build the collection and storage foundation, then assess the value of analytics and AI.
Discuss your data requirements
From acquisition to analysis
- Data collection. Reading controller, sensor or meter data according to the equipment’s capabilities.
- SQL and integration. Data structure, timestamps and links to product or job information.
- Remote viewing. Monitoring agreed indicators with defined access permissions and network architecture.
- Analytics and AI prototypes. Finding trends, outliers and recurring patterns, then reviewing results with your specialists.
A data flow and its history, selected summaries or an AI prototype with clearly defined validation criteria.
For our first discussion, prepare: a list of data sources, sample files and the questions that are currently difficult to answer.
04 / MACHINE VISION & QUALITY
From a product image
to a traceable result.
We assess machine vision tasks under real production conditions: the product, its position, lighting and inspection criteria all matter.
Discuss quality inspection View the inspection demo →How we start
- Define the criterion. A surface defect, component presence, dimension, text or code.
- Test with samples. We assess images of conforming and nonconforming products, changing conditions and incorrect decisions.
- Connect to the process. The result is displayed to the operator or sent to the controller according to agreed action logic.
- Save inspection history. The product identifier, image and result are available for search, statistics and export.
An inspection prototype or integrated solution with assessed operating limits, an operator interface and data history.
For our first discussion, prepare: product images, examples of defects, production speed and acceptable inspection criteria.
STRUCTURED DELIVERY
A clear scope.
A verifiable result.
Before starting, we agree on how the solution will be tested and what we will hand over to your team.
- 01
Assess the current setup
Existing equipment, programs, data and required changes.
- 02
Develop and test
Project stages, test scenarios, commissioning and acceptance criteria.
- 03
Handover and continuity
Agreed program backups, documentation, explanations and support scope.
